New Year, New Opportunities

By now, your 2022 resolutions may be a distant memory so I’ve shared a few ideas to get you re-inspired to enjoy the year ahead.

// Learn a New Hobby.  Trying something new engages different parts of your brain to improve cognitive functions & reduce the chance of dementia.

// Buy More Fresh Flowers.  Uplift your  mood and join a fresh flower subscription service. One of my favorites is Bouqs.com.

// Be a Clothing Minimalist.  Rent the Runway and Armoire are two popular choices.

// Consume Inspiring Content.  Listen to inspiring podcasts (Rich Roll is my favorite), follow motivating athletes & watch feel-good television.

// Entertain More Often.  Strengthen friendships, and your cooking skills, by regularly hosting BBQ's, dinners, wine nights and book clubs.

// Send More Handwritten Notes.  The thoughtfulness of a handwritten note is a lovely way to stay in touch.

// Try One New Recipe Per Week.  Two of my favorite online cookbooks are Love & Lemons and Cookie & Kate.

// Use To-Do Lists.  You will be amazed at  how much you can accomplish with a simple to-do list.

// Double the Time You Spend Outside. You will benefit from additional Vitamin D as well as connect with nature.
